I'm a PMP-certified project manager, managing projects since 2009. Today I'm Director of Delivery (contract) at an AI implementation consultancy, where I'm the primary client contact from discovery and statement of work through delivery.

Before that, I spent 22 years at Perry S. Marshall & Associates, growing from customer service to Director of Operations. As Marketing Manager I owned execution of 30–40 promotions and 5–10 live events a year, and I've worked hands-on in Keap (Infusionsoft) CRM since 2009.

Discovery & Requirements

I lead discovery with business owners and leadership teams, find the core problem behind the initial request, and turn it into requirements, phased scope, and success criteria developers can build from.

Scope, Schedule & SOWs

I write proposals and statements of work, price from developer estimates, and keep clients and developers aligned on scope and schedule. When a request can't be met as scoped, I lay out the trade-offs and options.

AI & CRM Implementation

I've managed AI implementations from paid discovery to supervised pilot, built and tested software with AI coding tools, and spent 17 years building automation in Keap CRM.
